01. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Monarq Hotel. By accessing our website, reserving accommodation, leasing banquet spaces, or enjoying our hospitality amenities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms govern all stays, events, and interactions at The Monarq Hotel, located on Shegaon - Rahatgaon Rd, near Jawarkar Marriage Hall & Lawn, Rahatgaon, Amravati, Maharashtra 444604, India.

02. Check-in, Check-out & Identification

Check-in Time: Standard check-in begins at 2:00 PM (14:00 IST). Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival.
Check-out Time: Standard check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon IST). Late check-outs may attract nominal tariff charges.
Statutory ID Mandate: Every adult guest must produce a valid government-recognized photo identity document (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) during registration as required by Indian law. PAN cards are not accepted as proof of address.

03. Room Tariffs, Occupancy & Payments

Our published room tariffs are based on Double Occupancy per room per day, inclusive of breakfast and applicable taxes:

Executive Rooms: ₹3,000 / night
Premium Rooms: ₹3,500 / night
Junior Suites: ₹5,000 / night
Luxury Suites: ₹6,000 / night
Extra Mattress: ₹800 / night
Dormitory: Pricing provided on customized request.

Accepted payment modes include Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct Net Banking transfers. Advance deposits may be required during peak wedding and holiday seasons.

04. Banquets, Weddings & Conference Facilities

The Monarq Hotel proudly houses Amravati’s premier event and wedding venues:

King's Court: 10,000 sq. ft., designed for up to 1,000 guests.
Majestiq Ballroom: 7,000 sq. ft. (Ground Floor), accommodating up to 700 guests.
Queen's Court: 5,000 sq. ft., ideal for mid-sized functions up to 500 guests.
Quorum: 2,000 sq. ft. hall for seminars and executive gatherings up to 200 guests.
Signature Venues: Poolside Haldi & party venue, Discotheque, and landscaped lawns.

Banquet contracts are finalized via formal written agreement with customized catering and setup schedules. Event hosts must comply with civic decibel limits and municipal closing regulations.

05. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Exclusive Rights Notice: All content, design elements, architectural imagery, photography, brand nomenclature, logos, and textual material appearing on this website and hotel collateral are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of The Monarq Hotel.

Technical service providers, website developers, or design agencies (specifically including Quore-tex or affiliated entities) maintain no ownership, intellectual property rights, licensing entitlements, or content rights over any material, media, or trademarks belonging to The Monarq Hotel. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, scraping, or redistribution of our media or content is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright laws.

06. Guest Conduct, Property Safety & Amenities

To ensure a peaceful and secure atmosphere for all residents:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves with consideration towards fellow guests and hotel property.
Hazardous items, firearms, and illegal substances are strictly banned on hotel premises.
Usage of the swimming pool, gymnasium, and discotheque must adhere to posted operating hours and safety guidelines. Children must be supervised around pool areas.
Any accidental or willful damage to hotel fixtures, suite amenities, or event spaces will be assessed and billed to the registered guest or event organizer.

07. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra and the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amravati, Maharashtra.
